Location
Prawle Point is the southern most tip of Devon. Literally, when in Devon, you couldn't go any further south.
Its a mile from the nearest village, East Prawle and about a 35 minute drive to the town of Kingsbridge.
You can also make it across to Salcombe by the passenger ferry from East Portlemouth which is about a 10 minute drive.
Alternatively, there is a nice 2 hour walk to Salcombe along the coastal path. That is if you turn right from the gate at the end of the cottage's garden. If you turn left and walk for about 2 hours along the coast, you should get to a nice beach called Lannacombe Bay.
